GMAN Bar Spotting Consultants is a business consisting of former bartenders/bar managers with 20 years of experience in diverse bars and restaurants. With our first-hand knowledge of hospitality, our goal is to assist bar and restaurant owners preserve the fine service their customers expect by anonymously screening the employees of establishments. The process of spotting is done to ensure the standards you implement for your staff are being met by secretly performing this quality control review.

As bar spotters we carefully observe bartenders and other employees, watching for telltale signs of misconduct, lack of following their job descriptions, and even theft. Surveillance cameras cannot always detect questionable activities, so if you feel staff members are not adhering to your policies let us come in and help pinpoint these wrongdoings for you.

Once we have completed our spotting process we will provide you with a detailed report on our observations. The report will allow you to rectify any issues we may find that are potentially detrimental to your establishment. However, we may not always identify negative activity and in many cases we indicate the positives of staff members as well.
